An Exploration of the Pathways to Enhance the Comprehensive Competencies of Economics and Management Faculty in Universities under the New Business Education Context
The development of new business courses in universities aims to meet the development needs of new quality productivity,and as a key strategy to optimize the structure of national human capital and drive high-quality economic and social development,it puts forward higher requirements and challenges for teachers and students.Based on the connotation analysis of"new concept","new technology"and"new mode"of the new business subject,this paper summarizes the new requirements for the quality of economic and management teachers in colleges and universities under the background of the new business subject,and proposes an effective path to improve the comprehensive quality of economic and management teachers in colleges and universities.It aims to provide a strong teacher guarantee for training high-quality talents to adapt to the development of new business.
