Research on the Teaching Reform in the Dual PBL Mode of Management Course with Student Development as the Core
In the education of management majors in higher education institutions, management is a core course for cultivating students'management skills and thinking abilities.Traditional teaching methods often focus on imparting theoretical knowledge, while neglecting the cultivation of students'practical abilities and innovative thinking. With the rapid development of society, the demand for management talents has undergone fundamental changes. They not only need to have a solid theoretical foundation, but also the ability to solve practical problems and innovative thinking. Therefore, the teaching of management courses must keep up with the pace of the times and carry out teaching reforms to meet the needs of society. The dual PBL model provides new ideas for the reform of management teaching, breaking the constraints of traditional teaching, combining theory with practice, and stimulating students'interest and initiative in learning through problem oriented and project-based learning methods. It cultivates students'teamwork ability and innovative thinking, and continuously improves their comprehensive quality in the process of solving problems. This model also provides useful reference and guidance for the teaching reform of other courses.
