With the advancement of the information technology revolution,manufacturing enterprises urgently need to transform and upgrade to enhance their productivity levels.Based on data from A-share listed manufacturing companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2022,this study explores the impact,mechanisms,and heterogeneous characteristics of digital-intelligent transformation on new quality productivity.The research finds that digital-intelligent transformation can promote new quality productivity in manufacturing enterprises.In terms of mechanisms,digital-intelligent transformation can enhance new quality productivity by improving information transparency,increasing social recognition,and strengthening financial stability.The promoting effect of digital-intelligent transformation on new quality productivity is more pronounced in state-owned enterprises and larger companies.
