Determination of acrylic acid in soil by liquid chromatography
Three types of soil samples were selected, and the effects of extraction types, extraction time, extraction temperatures and extraction liquid-solid ratios on the extraction efficiency of acrylic acid in soil were investigated. The extraction conditions were optimized, and a detection method of acrylic acid in soil was established. The results show that the acrylic acid in soil is extract by pure water as extraction agent with the liquid-solid ratio of 5∶1,and determined by liquid chromatography. The linearity of the detection method is good, and the correlation coefficient reaches 0.999 3.When the sample weight is 10.0 g,the detection limit of the method is 0.4 mg·kg-1.When different types of soils are spiked with low, medium and high concentrations of acrylic acid, the recovery of acrylic acid is 96.3%~107.0%.The relative standard deviation of the method is 1.2%~4.9%when six groups of samples are measured repeatedly. This method is applied to detect the concentration of acrylic acid in soil from paper mill and the obtained concentration range is 8.9~12.2 mg·kg-1,demonstrating the method is suitable for the detection of acrylic acid in soil.
