The transposed Poisson superalgebra structure on Filiform Lie superalgebra L1,2 was studied.The 1/2-superderivation of Filiform Lie superalgebra L1,2 was described.The 1/2-superderivation of L1,2 was used to prove the existence of nontrivial transposed Poisson superalgebra structure on L1,2.
