Screening and grey correlation analysis of monospore hybrid strains of Auricularia auricula
In order to improve the quality of Auricularia auricula and create new varieties with both excellent yield and high commerciality. Two strains of Auricularia auricula,Xizang No.6 and Heifeng, with large differences in fruiting bodies, were selected as hybrid parents.Monospore hybridization method was used to select excellent hybrid progenies, and agronomic traits were measured and recorded.Analysis and screening were done through gray correlation degree and sensory evaluation. Finally,an excellent hybrid progeny strain a7d9 is selected, which has a dry weight of 58.33 g per bag,a dry to wet ratio of 13.62,a fresh weight of 5.14 g per ear,a fruiting body thickness of 1.35 mm,a maximum diameter of 59.25 mm,a biological efficiency of 99.31%,and a sensory evaluation score of 7.05.The hybrid strain a7 d9 has obvious advantages in yield compared with its parent, and the weighted correlation coefficient of agronomic traits is higher than that of its parent. It has good sensory evaluation, strong commerciality, and the potential to be developed into a new variety. The problem of poor properties of some parental strains is solved, the strain improvement is realized, the diversity of excellent strains of Auricularia auricula is increased, and the economic benefits are improved.
