摘要
以甜菜H004品系为试验材料,设置9个不同pH水平(pH=5.0、6.0、7.0、7.5、8.0、9.0、9.5、10.0、11.0)探究甜菜生长的适宜pH条件.结果表明,甜菜幼苗株高、鲜重、叶面积、叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Net photosynthetic rate,Pn)、蒸腾速率(Transpiration rate,Tr)、气孔导度(Stomatal conductance,Gs)和胞间二氧化碳浓度(Intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,Ci)在酸性环境下降低,在碱性环境中(pH=7.5~9.5)升高,且各指标随着土壤pH的升高呈先上升后下降的趋势,在pH=9.5时达到最大值.综上所述,甜菜在碱性环境中生长较好,pH=9.5是甜菜H004品系生长与进行光合作用的适宜条件,适度的碱性盐处理可以促进甜菜生长.
Abstract
Sugar beet H004 strain was used as the test material,and 9 different pH levels(pH=5.0,6.0,7.0,7.5,8.0,9.0,9.5,10.0,11.0)were set to explore the optimum pH conditions for the growth of suger beet.The results show that the height,fresh weight,leaf area,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs)and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci)of sugar beet seedlings decrease in acidic environment,and increase in alkaline environment(pH=7.5~9.5).With the increase of soil pH,all indexes show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,reaching the maximum values when pH=9.5.In conclusion,sugar beet grows well in alkaline environment,and pH=9.5 is the most suitable condition for the growth and development of sugar beet H004 strain,and moderate alkaline salt treatment can promote the growth of sugar beet.
