传统的芬顿氧化体系对于pH值的要求较高,一般在pH=2~3,否则会产生大量铁泥,对此在传统芬顿氧化体系中添加MnFe2O4.研究并得出MnFe2O4的制备工艺,探讨环保高效的脱胶工艺.结果表明,当添加0.002mol FeCl3·6H2O、0.00lmol MnCl2·4H2O,以30mL乙二醇为溶剂、2.7g醋酸钠调节pH、180℃反应10h时制得的MnFe2O4,其催化性能较佳,并使改良后的芬顿体系可以在pH=5的条件下对汉麻纤维进行脱胶处理.
Preparation of MnFe2O4 and its Application in Fenton System Degumming
The traditional Fenton oxidation system requires a high pH value,usually between pH 2 and 3,otherwise a large amount of iron sludge will be produced.Therefore,MnFe2O4 is added to the traditional Fenton oxidation system,and the prepara-tion process of MnFe2O4 is studied and determined.Explore environmentally friendly and efficient degumming processes.The re-sults showed that the catalytic performance of MnFe2O4 was better when 0.002mol FeCl3·6H2O and 0.001 mol MnCl2·4H2O were added,and 30mL ethylene glycol was used as the solvent,2.7g sodium acetate was used to adjust the pH,and the reaction was carried out at 180 ℃ for 10 hours.The improved Fenton system was able to perform degumming treatment on hemp fibers under pH=5.
