摘要
为了使工业大麻二粗纤维脱胶过程中既减少能耗、绿色环保,又保证制得的工业大麻纤维质量符合要求,将探讨一种TEMPO/亚硝酸钠预处理实验的脱胶效果.新的脱胶思路结果表明:TEMPO/亚硝酸钠体系下的最佳方案:TEMPO质量浓度为0.35g/L、10mL(1mol/L)的亚硝酸钠,在浴比1∶30、pH值为4.5、70℃条件下处理2h,此时得到的纤维为最佳.
Abstract
To reduce energy consumption and green environmental protection during the degumming process of hemp two coarse fiber,while ensuring the quality of the obtained fibers meets the requirements,this paper explores the degumming effect of a TEMPO/sodium nitrite pretreatment experiment and proposes a new degumming strategy.The results show that the optimal condi-tions for the TEMPO/sodium nitrite system are as follows:TEMPO mass concentration of 0.35g/L,10mL of 1mol/L sodium nitrite,a bath ratio of 1∶30,pH value of 4.5,and treatment at 70℃ for 2 hours,resulting in the best fiber quality.
