摘要
漆酶在纺织行业中的应用越来越多地受到关注.综述了漆酶的作用机理和底物谱,以纤维素纤维和蛋白质纤维为例,重点对漆酶催化酚类化合物在纤维着色和改性上的具体应用和研究现状进行了概述,并对漆酶未来的发展前景进行了展望.
Abstract
The application of laccase in the textile industry is receiving increasing attention.It summarizes the mechanism of ac-tion and substrate spectrum of laccase,taking cellulose fibers and protein fibers as examples,focusing on the specific application and research status of laccase catalyzed natural phenolic compounds in fiber coloring and modification,and looks forward to the future development prospects of laccase.
