Investigation and Analysis of the Demand for Skilled Talents in Modern Textile and Garment Industry——Taking Zhashui County as an Example
With the development of China's textile and clothing industry,as well as the introduction of a large number of new technologies,processes,and equipment,the diverse leadership of local governments,and the innovation promotion of private en-terprises,these factors have fundamentally changed the demand for skilled talents in the textile and clothing industry.In the context of rural revitalization,a survey was conducted on the demand for talent in the local textile and clothing industry in Zhashui County,a typical example of cooperation and assistance between the Jiangsu and Shaanxi regions.Through question-naire surveys,field investigations,and comprehensive analysis,this study aims to explore the demand types,positions,and train-ing situation of technical personnel in the clothing industry in Zhashui County.It also proposes relevant paths for cultivating skilled talents in the modern textile and clothing industry,aiming to help meet the demand for talents in the local industrial mar-ket and promote the revitalization and development of local rural enterprises.
