摘要

阐述了服装行业的"快时尚"及其发展现状,举例分析了"快时尚"营销理念与模式,提出了驱动需求管理与供应管理升级、加强库存管理以减轻压货压力等供应链管理策略,针对"快时尚"品牌经管经验促进服装行业发展.

Abstract

It elaborates on the"fast fashion"and its current development status in the clothing industry,analyzes the marketing concept and model of"fast fashion"with examples,proposes supply chain management strategies such as driving demand man-agement and supply management upgrades,strengthening inventory management to reduce pressure on inventory,and promotes the development of the clothing industry based on the management experience of the"fast fashion"brand.
