This paper explored the influence of spinning process parameters on energy consumption of spinning frame,in order to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction and improve production efficiency.By optimizing and adjusting the main process parameters of the spinning frame,combining with the experimental data and energy consumption analysis,the influence of the process parameters on the energy consumption is elaborated in detail,and the improvement of the special parts and equipment configuration of the spinning frame in energy saving was put forward.
