Old Clothes Transformation and Clothing Design Under the Background of Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction
With the development of economy,people's consumption level has been significantly improved,consumption concepts are also changing,people pay more and more attention to green environmental protection,advocate energy saving and low carbon,therefore,old clothes are recycled and transformed into more valuable products.This paper through discussed the current situation,problems and models of used clothing transformation under the background of pollution reduction and carbon reduction,and analyzed the used clothing transformation in some areas of Heilongjiang Province,provided reference opinions for reasonable planning of used clothing transformation,resource integration and industrial upgrading under pollution reduction and carbon reduction.
