Investigation of Professional Construction and Talent Demand of Textile Engineering
In order to understand the development trend of the textile industry,clarify the demand for technical skills in the textile industry,and help the construction of textile engineering,the textile engineering major of Liaodong University was taken as an example to conduct relevant research and analysis.The paper investigated 16 school-enterprise cooperation units inside and outside the province were investigated,and the development status of the textile industry was clarified from three aspects:the development scale of textile enterprises,the cooperation mode of school and enterprise,and the proportion of talent demand.The current talent demand in the textile industry is analyzed from the two aspects of education demand and ability demand.analyzed the existing problems in the construction of textile engineering specialty and put forward the corresponding measures,It aims to provide new ideas for training textile engineering professionals in our school,support textile professional development.
