研究生教育促进新质生产力的机制研究

基于2011-2020 年我国30 个省份的面板数据,运用双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型和门槛效应模型探究了研究生教育对新质生产力的影响效应.结果表明:在全国层面,研究生教育能够有效促进新质生产力发展,经过一系列稳健性检验结论依然成立;科技创新在研究生教育促进新质生产力发展的影响过程中发挥部分中介作用;研究生教育在促进新质生产力发展过程中存在产学研合作的门槛效应;区域异质性分析表明,研究生教育显著促进东部地区新质生产力发展,中西部地区次之,东北地区则不显著.对此,应聚焦研究生教育高质量发展,重视科技创新机制转化作用,充分发挥产学研合作调节效应,优化研究生教育布局结构,促进区域新质生产力形成与协调发展.
Research on the Mechanism of Postgraduate Education Promoting New Quality Productivity
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper explores the influence of postgraduate education on new quality productivity by using two-way fixed effect model,intermediary effect model and threshold effect model.The results show that:at the national level,postgraduate education can effectively promote the development of new quality productivity,and the conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests;scientific technological innovation plays a partial intermediary role in the process of postgraduate education promoting the development of new productive forces;there is a threshold effect of Industry-Universi-ty-Research cooperation in the process of postgraduate education promoting the development of new quality productive forces;the a-nalysis of regional heterogeneity shows that postgraduate education significantly contributes to the development of new quality productivi-ty in the eastern region,followed by the central and western regions,and not in the northeastern region.Therefore,we should focus on the high-quality development of postgraduate education,attach importance to the transformation of scientific and technological innova-tion mechanism,give full play to the cooperative adjustment effect of Industry-University-Research,optimize the layout structure of postgraduate education,and promote the formation and coordinated development of regional new quality productivity.
