The Current Situation,Dilemma and Way-out of Education Doctoral Enrollment System
The high-quality development of Doctor of education is the strategic opportunity for a strong education country and the demand of the times for the expansion of the enrollment scale of Doctor of education.Improving the enrollment system of Doctor of edu-cation is an important issue for the training of Doctor of education talents and the beginning of improving the training quality of Doctor of education talents.Based on the text analysis of the enrollment of Doctor of education in 31 universities in 2024,it can be found that the current design of the enrollment system of Doctor of education reflects the attribute of justice from the two aspects of substantive jus-tice and procedural fairness,but there are still problems such as convergence of selection criteria,uneven distribution of enrollment in-dicators,and insufficient type characteristics.The reform of the enrollment system of Doctor of education should be based on the cate-gory requirements and talent specifications of Doctor of education,and further respond to meet the training needs of excellent teachers and educationalists for 2035 from the aspects of differentiated selection criteria,dynamic enrollment indicators,and scientific evaluation criteria.
