Research on the Influencing Factors of Organizational Identification Among Private College Teachers Based on Grounded Theory
Organizational identification, which plays a crucial role in reducing teacher attrition and strengthening the development of teacher teams, reflects the degree of support and identification teachers have with their institutions.Utilizing the grounded theory methodology, this study conducted a coding analysis of interview data from 19 private college teachers, and explored the factors influen-cing their organizational identification. The findings reveal that external stimuli such as work pressure, organizational reputation,organ-izational support, and perceived leadership intensify teachers'feelings of job insecurity, relative deprivation, and psychological ex-haustion.These conditions significantly impact the level of organizational identification among private college teachers. The study un-derscores the need for coordinated efforts among governments, schools, and teachers to enhance organizational identification. It recom-mends that governments should continuously optimize policy offerings, while schools build a favorable campus ecology and teachers fos-ter a passion for education.
