Focuses of and Changes in Policy Discourse on Industry-education Integration in Vocational Education in China
Comprehensively deepening the integration of industry and education is the key to promoting high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.To clarify the discourse focus and changes of China's vocational education industry education integration policy.The study takes the"Work Points"of the Ministry of Education and the Vocational Education Department of the Ministry of Education from 2000 to 2022 as the research object,and uses text analysis method to construct a five dimensional and twen-ty-two element analysis framework that China's vocational education"industry education integration"policy focuses on.Research has found that from 2000 to 2022,China's vocational education industry education integration policy mainly focuses on five core issues:in-novation in training models,reform of educational systems,construction of educational conditions,education and teaching reform,and related institutional construction.On this basis,based on the results obtained from word frequency analysis and combined with relevant policies on industry education integration in different periods,the changes in China's education integration policies are divided into three periods:the embryonic stage(before 2002),the reform exploration stage(2002-2013),and the deepening development stage(from 2014 to present).In the future,China's vocational education industry education integration policy still needs to further enhance its scientificity,effectiveness,and systematicity,and promote the policy to truly take root.
