Analysis of the relationship between plankton microbiome characteristics and nutrient concentration in aquatic ecosystem
In order to further understand the composition and distribution patterns of the plankton microbial communities in different aquatic ecosystems,it is necessary to explore the microbial resources in aquatic ecosystems according to the relationship between the nutrient state of aquatic ecosystems and the taxonomic structure of the plankton microbial communities,to further study their microbial ecology,and to clarify the specific changes in metabolic potential and functional structure under different nutrient concentrations.The research,conducted within a selected aquatic ecosystem environment,analyzes the omics characteristics of the plankton microbial community and its association with nutrient concentrations for reference.
