The environmental rights and interests of farmers are crucial,as they concern people's life and health,the sustainable development of agriculture,and social harmony and stability.By analyzing the main issues in the protection of farmers'environmental rights and interests in China today,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the rural environmental protection legal system,enhancing farmers'awareness of environmental rights protection,strengthening the regulatory role of environmental protection departments,and improving the judicial relief system.These measures provide ideas and references for further strengthening the protection of farmers'environmental rights and interests and achieving environmental justice in rural areas.
