摘要

本文介绍了某氯丁橡胶废水深度处理工程的工艺流程,结合工艺流程特点以及近两年工程的实际运行情况,对该深度处理工程的操作控制要点进行了归纳总结.氯丁橡胶废水深度处理工程采用了HPOD系统联合工艺对氯丁橡胶废水进行深度处理,HPOD系统联合工艺的主要设备为集水池、高效澄清池、纤维球过滤器、臭氧发生机组、HPOD系统、尾气吸收塔以及次氯酸钠加药装置.工程运行正是针对这些主要设备的特点,控制好它们正常的工作参数,确保深度净化工程的正常运行.

Abstract

The process flow of a neoprene wastewater deep treatment project is introduced.Combined with the characteristics of the process flow and the actual operation of the project in the past two years,the operation control points of the deep treatment project are summarized.The neoprene wastewater deep treatment project uses the HPOD system joint process to deeply treat the neoprene wastewater.The main equipment of the HPOD system joint process is a collection pool,a high-efficiency clarification pool,a fine sand filter,an ozone generator,an HPOD system,a tail gas absorption tower and a sodium hypochlorite dosing device.The engineering operation is specifically tailored to the characteristics of these main pieces of equipment,controlling their normal operating parameters to ensure the smooth operation of the deep purification project.
