Discussion on the setting of accident emergency pool in environmental impact assessment
This paper takes a chemical enterprise that implements a stormwater zoning control scheme as a case study,and provides a detailed discussion on the content of the volume calculation of accident emergency pools in environmental impact assessment documents.It analyzes the difficulties in the calculation process and clarifies the complexity and importance of volume calculation for accident emergency pools in environmental impact assessment.The paper proposes that the calculation of accident emergency pool volume in the environmental impact assessment of actual construction projects should be forward-looking,comprehensive,and effective.
