为了解兽用X射线装置机房外辐射剂量水平,本文对西安 32 家持有辐射安全许可证的宠物医院所使用的射线装置机房外环境进行了现场辐射剂量监测,其监测结果均满足《放射诊断放射防护要求》(GBZ 130-2020)要求.其中有 23 家宠物医院对机房使用了一定的屏蔽材料,其监测结果满足标准中"周围剂量当量率应不大于 25μSv/h"的要求;而另外 9 家宠物医院机房没有使用屏蔽材料,由于X射线装置使用次数较少,经过计算年有效剂量满足标准中"年有效剂量不大于 0.25mSv"的要求.
Monitoring and analysis of ionizing radiation in pet hospitals
To understand the radiation dose level outside the rooms of veterinary X-ray devices,this study conducted on-site radiation dose monitoring of the external environment of X-ray device rooms used by 32 pet hospitals in Xi'an which hold radiation safety permits.The monitoring results met the requirements of"Radiation Protection Requirements for Radiodiagnosis"(GBZ 130-2020).Among these pet hospitals,23 used certain shielding materials for the machine rooms,and their monitoring results met the standard's requirement that"the ambient dose equivalent rate should not exceed 25 μSv/h."The other 9 pet hospitals did not use shielding materials in their machine rooms,but due to the infrequent use of X-ray devices,the calculated annual effective dose met the standard's requirement that"the annual effective dose should not exceed 0.25 mSv."
