摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展,我国生态环境保护形势日益严峻.为解决现代化建设给生态环境带来的严重影响,本文以广东省为例,对新时代生态环境管理的必要性、主要措施和创新举措进行研究,提出加强环境立法、实施重点行动、推进环境行为改造、发展数字环境管理等解决措施,以期为我国生态文明建设和美丽中国战略实施提供参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy and society,the situation of ecological environmental protection in China has become increasingly severe.To address the significant impact of modernization on the ecological environment,this paper takes Guangdong Province as an example to study the necessity,main measures,and innovative initiatives of ecological environment management in the new era.It proposes measures such as strengthening environmental legislation,implementing key actions,promoting environmental behavior transformation,and developing digital environmental management to provide reference for the construction of an ecological civilization and the implementation of the Beautiful China strategy in China.
