Study on problems and measures of supervision after discharge permit of fixed pollution source
At present,there are practical problems in the post-license supervision of fixed pollution sources in China,such as insufficient post-license supervision ability,insufficient post-license supervision,insufficient registration management and control,and insufficient awareness of enterprise subjects.The post-license supervision of fixed pollution sources should pay attention to improving the awareness of enterprise subjects'responsibility,strengthening the law enforcement management of pollutant discharge,improving the construction of the supervision system,and strengthening the post-license supervision.Continuously improve the level of supervision after the discharge permit of fixed pollution sources,and provide the basis for the construction and improvement of the supervision system of fixed pollution sources.
