Research on legal issues of pollution control of plastic express packaging
With the development of network economy and e-commerce industry,the volume of express delivery business in China has soared year after year,which has promoted economic growth but also brought huge environmental pressure.At present,China's express delivery industry is facing problems such as poor environmental protection of plastic express packaging materials,processing and recycling difficulties,no recycling system has been formed,vague legal provisions on plastic express packaging,and unclear division of responsibility for pollution of express packaging.After analyzing the current situation of pollution control of plastic express packaging in China,it is proposed to build a legal system of pollution control of plastic express packaging,promote technological innovation,and clarify the main responsibility of pollution.This aims to improve the recycling rate of plastic express packaging in China,promote the use of environmentally friendly materials,and improve the recycling system of plastic express packaging.This will promote the green development of China's express delivery industry,reduce environmental burden,and reduce pollution.
