针对坡口宽度不一的对接焊缝难以实现焊缝偏差识别及自动焊接的难题,提出焊枪摆动和旋转电弧复合的焊缝偏差识别方法.研究对接焊缝在不同焊枪偏差情况下的焊接电流信号,采集电流信号并进行时频分析以选择合适的滤波方法,进行软阈值小波为核心的组合滤波,对滤波去噪后的电流信号作短时能量处理和偏差算法计算.实现焊枪的到边检测与焊缝偏差识别,且偏差结果与设定的焊枪偏差值基本相同,验证整个焊缝偏差识别方法的准确性.
Butt weld deviation based on welding gun swing and arc rotation
Aiming at the difficulty of realizing weld deviation identification and automatic welding for butt welds with different groove widths,a welding seam deviation identification method based on the combination of welding gun swing and rotating arc was proposed.The welding current signal of butt weld under different welding gun deviation is studied,the current signal is collected and time-frequency analysis is carried out to select the appropriate filtering method,and the combination filtering with soft threshold wavelet as the core is carried out.The short-time energy processing and deviation algorithm calculation are carried out on the current signal after filtering and denoising,and the edge detection of welding gun and weld deviation identification are realized.And the deviation result is basically the same as the set welding gun deviation value,which verifies the accuracy of the whole weld deviation identification method.
