长江经济带技术创新与碳排放效率耦合协调关系及驱动力探析

基于2011-2021年长江经济带11省市数据,运用熵权法、非期望产出超效率SBM-Malmquist指数测算技术创新水平和碳排放效率值,探析技术创新与碳排放效率之间的耦合协调关系及影响因素.研究发现:长江经济带技术创新水平呈上升趋势,碳排放效率值出现波动后保持基本稳定,上中下游技术创新水平和碳排放效率值均存在显著差异,均呈现"V型"分布;长江经济带技术创新与碳排放效率之间的耦合度经历了"拮抗—耦合—磨合"三个阶段,其耦合协调度迈入中度协调阶段;环境规制、教育水平和第三产业结构水平是提升技术创新与碳排放效率间的耦合协调水平的重要因素,城镇化水平和对外开放水平对上中下游耦合协调的影响存在显著区别.
Analysis on the coupling coordination recationship and driving force between technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt
Based on the data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2021,this paper uses entropy weight method and SBM-Malmquist index to measure the technological innovation level and carbon emission efficiency,and analyzes the coupling coordination relationship and influencing factors between technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency.The findings are as follows:First,the technological innovation level in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is on the rise,and the carbon emission efficiency values remain basically stable after fluctuations.There are significant differences in the technological innovation level and carbon emission efficiency values in the upper,middle and lower reaches,showing a"V-shaped"distribution.Second,the coupling degree between technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt experienced three stages:antagonism,coupling and run-in.The coupling coordination degree enters the moderate coordination stage.Third,environmental regulation,education level and tertiary industry structure level are important factors to improve the coupling coordination level between technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency.Urbanization level and opening to the outside world have significantly different impacts on the upper,middle and downstream coupling coordination.
