船海特色高校法学专业教学贯彻课程思政的路径探索:以"海商法"课程为例

法学专业教育的重要目标是为国家培养德法兼修的法治人才,课程思政建设是培养法治人才的重要路径.高校法学专业应加强专业课程的内涵建设,重构人才培养体系,积极推进课程思政建设,以强化法学课程的价值引领,实践立德树人.海商法作为船海特色高校法学专业特色课程,蕴含天然的思政元素,在教学中,应将建设海洋强国、海洋法治观、海洋环境保护、弱者利益保护、利益平衡等思政元素融入课程教学中,将知识传授、价值引领和能力培养有机结合,引导学生在掌握专业理论和知识的同时塑造正确的价值观,培养家国情怀,增强建设海洋强国的使命感和责任感.
Exploration on the path of carrying out curriculum ideology and politics in the teaching of law major in universities with nautical characteristics:take Maritime Law as an example
The important goal of legal education is to train legal talents with both moral and legal cultivation for the country,and the curriculum ideological and political construction is an important measure to cultivate legal talents.We should strengthen the construction of the connotation of the courses,reconstruct the cultivation system of talents,and actively promote the curriculum ideological and political construction,so as to strengthen the value-leading effect of the law courses and the infection of theoretical knowledge,and improve the cultivation quality of legal talents.In universities with ship and sea characteristics,Maritime Law,as one of the characteristic courses of law major,contains natural ideological and political elements.During teaching,ideological and political elements such as building a maritime power,maritime rule of law,marine environmental protection,protection of the weak and balance of interests should be integrated into the course teaching to combine knowledge teaching,value guidance and ability training,so as to guide students to shape correct values while mastering professional theories and knowledge,cultivate patriotism,and enhance the sense of mission and responsibility of building a maritime power.
