研究生拔尖创新人才培养思政化既是加快培养德才兼备高层次人才的现实需要,也是提升我国主流意识形态话语权,强化人才思想引领和政治认同的时代要求.基于价值取向、认知理智、行为态度等方面明辨拔尖创新人才思想特质是助力研究生拔尖创新人才培养思政化的理论必然.以马克思主义为思想引擎,坚持人的全面发展价值取向,设定研究生为中心的思维倾向,构建课程思政、科研思政、实践思政三位一体协同育人机制是实现研究生拔尖创新人才培养思政化以及高校贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的理性选择.
Research on ideological and political cultivation of top-notch innovative graduate students
The ideological and political cultivation of top graduate innovative talents is not only the practical need to accelerate the cultivation of high-level talents with both virtue and talent,but also the requirement of the times to enhance the discourse power of our country's mainstream ideology and strengthen the ideological guidance and political identity of talents.It's a theoretical inevitability to identify the characteristics of top-notch innovative talents based on value orientation,cognitive reason,and behavioral attitude for carrying out ideological and political education throughout the cultivation of graduate students.We should take Marxism as the ideological engine,adhering to the value orientation of comprehensive human development,setting the thinking tendency of graduate students.It is a rational choice to build a collaborative education and integration mechanism throughout ideology and politics for the trinity of curriculum,scientific research and practice activities to carry out top-notch innovative graduate students'cultivation and implement the fundamental task of cultivating well-educated people.
