Exploration and practice of the integration mechanism of industry and education in applied universities from a multi-situation perspective:take the Engineering Management Major of Tongling University as an example
The multi situational practical community is a vivid practice of situational learning theory and the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind in the field of applied higher education,providing a wealth of highly skilled talents for the integration of industry and education in universities,technological innovation in enterprises,and upgrading of regional industrial structures.In practice,practical teaching in applied universities is difficult to meet the high expectations of enterprises for talent demand,not only the practical teaching system cannot coordinate with professional development,but also the practical knowledge and skills of the teaching staff cannot support practical teaching.Under the background of conflicting interests and behavioral logic between government,school,and enterprise,taking the engineering management major as an example,this paper analyzes the practical teaching content from the perspectives of theoretical learning,practical learning,and production learning,establishes a multi situational practical community of government,school,and enterprise,deepens the dual education concept,constructs a platform of the multi situational practical community,realizes the sharing of practical teaching resources,expands the coverage of practical teaching,and improves the educational effect of industry education integration.
