Exploration and practice of the Smart+Ideological and Political teaching model for the Finance Course in applied undergraduate colleges
In response to the pain points of poor ideological and political education,poor learning effectiveness,low classroom participation,and unscientific assessment methods in the traditional"indoctrination"teaching model,this article analyzes the necessity of teaching reform in the Finance course in applied undergraduate colleges.For this reason,the article proposes a"Smart+Ideological and Political"teaching model for the Finance course,which utilizes the"Rain Classroom"intelligent teaching tool and adopts the"One,Two,Three,Four,Five"teaching strategy.The reform is carried out from five aspects:in-depth exploration of ideological and political elements in the course,innovative hybrid teaching mode,combination of multiple teaching methods,and construction of a diversified evaluation system.Teaching practice has shown that classes using this model have significantly better academic performance and satisfaction than ordinary classes,achieving the educational effect of moistening things silently and cultivating morality.
