面对微波组件数字化生产线建设,为了提升物流效率、精准度和安全性,制造中心对净化间内的物流系统进行了智能升级,引入自动化导引车作为物流搬运设备,并针对企业目前需求,建立基于光通信实现自动化导引车调度的机器人调度系统,在此基础上构建通信受限条件下的智能物流系统,其能在净化间内的局域网环境下实现数字化生产线生产及仓储单元间的自动化物料搬运,且全流程物流数据具有可追溯性.
AGV scheduling and path control technology based on optical communication
Facing the construction of digital production lines of microwave components,in order to improve the efficiency,accuracy and security of logistics,manufacturing center upgrades the logistics system in purification rooms.Automated guided vehicles are introduced as logistics handling robot.Moreover,in response to the current needs of the enterprise,a robot control system based on optical communication is established to schedule and control automated guided vehicles.Then an intelligent logistics system under limited communication is established on these basis,which can automatically transport materials between produce and storage units in digital production lines under local area network in purification rooms.And the entire logistics data can be traced in intelligent logistics system.
