以"新工科"背景下学生实践能力培养模式为研究对象,旨在以学生实践能力培养模式的建设原则、培养机制和措施为视角,通过文献研究、案例分析的方法,力图为"新工科"背景下学生实践能力培养模式建设提供参照.创新"新工科"背景下学生实践能力培养模式的建设原则和人才培养机制,优化人才培养方案,完善实践教学实训平台,增强项目化教学和鼓励以赛促学以及产教融合协同培养等教育教学方式方法是提高学生实践能力的关键和有效途径.
Exploration on the cultivation mode of students’practical ability under the background of the Emerging Engineering Education:take the major of Mechatronics Engineering of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology as an example
This paper takes the training mode of students’practical ability under the background of"the Emerging Engineering Education"as the research object,and aims to take the construction principles,training mechanisms and measures of students’practical ability training mode under the background of"the Emerging Engineering Education"as the perspective,and through the methods of literature research and case analysis,try to provide a reference for the construction of students’practical ability training mode under the background of"the Emerging Engineering Education".The article believes that innovating the construction principles and talent training mechanism of students’practical ability training mode under the background of"the Emerging Engineering Education",optimizing talent training programs,improving practical teaching and training platforms,enhancing project-based teaching and encouraging competition to promote learning,production and education integration,collaborative training are the keys and effective ways to improve students’practical ability.
