颗粒形状对黄土干密度与抗剪强度的影响

为探讨黄土的颗粒形状对黄土力学性质的影响,将延安地区黄土的 SEM图像进行处理,并椭圆化图像中的颗粒.采用离散元法(DEM)模拟双轴压缩试验,研究棱角状、次棱角状、次圆状、圆状、极圆状颗粒不同百分比组合下对黄土的干密度和抗剪强度的影响,并从微观层面上对数值模拟试验结果进行演化分析.研究结果表明:当联合圆度(CCR)以及联合椭圆率(ECR)值减小时,即不规则、扁平的颗粒百分比含量减小时,干密度的值越来越大,抗剪强度则减小.
Effect of particle shape on dry density and shear strength of loess
To investigate the influence of loess particle shape on the mechanical properties of loess,SEM images of loess from the Yan'an area were processed and the particles in the images were ellipticalized.Discrete Element Method(DEM)simulations were then used to conduct biaxial compression tests.The effects of different percentages of angular,sub-angular,sub-circular,circular and polar particles on the dry density and shear strength of loess were studied,and the evolution of numerical simulation test results was analyzed from the micro level.The results show that when thejoint roundness(CCR)and the joint ellipticity(ECR)decrease,that is,when the percentage content of irregular and flat particles decreases,the dry density increases and the shear strength decreases.
