智媒时代红色资源与高校心理健康教师教学权威性的内在逻辑高度契合.高校心理健康教师传统的认知性权威及知识性权威面对时代挑战,应主动迎合时代发展的内在需求,发挥好红色资源的价值观引领作用来建构课堂教学权威性.认知性权威建构应由单纯讲授式的课堂向价值观引领的开放式课堂转型,用红色资源精神带动教师专业化发展;知识性权威建构在课堂形式上应由填鸭式向启迪式转型,课堂内容则由被动参与向感召性转型.
On the authoritative construction of red resources and teaching of mental health teachers in universities in the era of intellectual media
Red resources in the era of intellectual media are highly consistent with the internal logic of the authority of teaching of mental health teachers in colleges and universities.In the face of the challenges of traditional cognition authority and traditional knowledge authority,mental health teachers in universities should actively cater to the inherent needs of the times,exert well the value guiding role of red resources to build the authority of classroom teaching.The construction of authoritative cognition should be transformed from a lecture-only classroom to a values-led open classroom and promote the professional development of teachers with the spirit of red resources.The construction of authoritative knowledge should be transformed from cramming to enlightening in the classroom form and from passive participation to inspiring in the classroom content.
