Research on project-based modular teaching reform of Big Data Mnining general education course for undergraduates majoring in liberal arts under the background of new humanities
The construction of new humanities is a new mission,task,and requirement proposed in the new era.Big data has become a new driving force for economic development,and there is an urgent demand in society for"new humanities"graduates with the ability to apply and analyze big data.This has put forward high requirements for the Talent cultivation mechanism and quality of universities.In order to solve the problems in teaching Big Data Mining course for students majoring social science,such as students'weak foundation,incomplete curriculum system,and monotonous teaching mode,etc.,a project-based modular curriculum construction idea around teaching content and teaching mode is proposed,including reconstructing teaching content by establishing a modular body of knowledge and conducting Outcome Based Education(OBE)by implementing project-based teaching model.This course can enhance students'self-learning and practical abilities and meets the requirements of educating new humanities students for public security.
