Application of Fuzzy Adaptive PID in Constant Pressure Control of LNG Submersible Pump
When the temperature,density,storage tank pressure,and liquid level of LNG medium constantly change,fixed PID parameters cannot adapt to changes in working conditions.Large proportional coefficients and small integration times can cause pressure overshoot,oscillation,and other problems.Conversely,it can cause slow response and residual error.Conventional PID control cannot meet the continuous changes in on-site working conditions,and the constant pressure control of LNG submersible pumps is unstable,causing the pipeline overpressure safety valve to jump The LNG dispenser reported an"abnormal pressure sensor"fault,which prevented the addition of liquid and caused a series of other problems.The fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm was applied to the pressure control of the LNG submersible pump,achieving satisfactory control results.
