摘要

某公司25万吨/年管式法高压聚乙烯装置(又称管式低密度聚乙烯装置)的高压循环系统中循环乙烯与熔融聚合物不能有效地分离,同时产生大量的低分子聚合物,从而产生换热器结垢的现象,对装置的长周期运行影响较大.本文主要阐述了高压循环系统结垢的危害、原因及预防和处理措施,对控制结垢现象有指导意义.

Abstract

In the high pressure recycle gas system of a company's 250,000-ton/year tubular method high-pressure polyethylene device(also known as tubular low-density polyethylene device),recycle ethylene and molten polymer can not be effectively separated,and a large number of low molecular weight polyethylene is produced,resulting in the phenomenon of heat exchanger scale,which has a great impact on the long-term operation of the device.In this paper,the harm,cause,prevention and treatment measures of scale formation in high pressure recycle gas system are described,which is of guiding significance to control scale formation.
