Analysis of Roller Crushing Mechanism and Energy Efficiency of Molten Steel Slag
With the rapid development of iron and steel industry,the production of molten steel slag is in-creasing.Steel slag is a complex physical and chemical mixture,if not properly treated,will not only occupy a lot of land resources,but also cause serious pollution to the environment.Therefore,the resource utilization of molten steel slag is particularly important.Roller crushing is an efficient and environmentally friendly method of steel slag treatment,which can break steel slag into small particles and improve its comprehensive utiliza-tion rate.Based on this,the roller crushing mechanism and energy efficiency of molten steel slag are studied in this paper.Firstly,the basic properties of molten steel slag are briefly introduced,including physical and chemi-cal properties.Then,the stress change and crushing mechanism of molten steel slag during the rolling crushing process are described in detail,and the influence of different process parameters on the crushing effect is an-alyzed.Finally,the energy consumption and energy utilization efficiency in the rolling crushing process are ana-lyzed.Relevant discussion for reference.
