水泥混凝土早期开裂预防控制方法研究

针对公路桥梁施工中混凝土易出现早期开裂问题,研究基于矿物掺合料的混凝土早期开裂控制方法.此方法使用平板法,合理混凝土制备时,首先确定最优水胶比,然后分析不同矿物掺合料配比条件下,混凝土早期开裂时间、单位面积中裂缝数量、裂缝宽度均值、开裂面积总值.研究结果表明:按不同比例掺入矿物掺合料制备混凝土,可控制公路桥梁施工中混凝土早期开裂程度,开裂控制最优方案是水胶比0.45、矿物掺合料用量65 kg、矿物掺合料掺量16%、砂率42%、水泥345 kg、中砂734 kg、石灰岩碎石1 060 kg、外加剂5 kg.
Study on Prevention and Control Methods of Early Cracking of Cement Concrete
In view of the problem of early cracking of concrete in highway bridge construction,the early cracking control method of concrete based on mineral admixtures was studied.In this method,the slab method is used to determine the optimal water-binder ratio,and then analyze the early cracking time of concrete,the number of cracks per unit area,the average crack width and the total cracking area under the condition of different mineral admixture ratio.The results show that:The early cracking degree of concrete in highway bridge construction can be controlled by adding mineral admixtures in different proportions to prepare concrete.The optimal cracking control scheme is water binder ratio 0.45,mineral admixture dosage 65 kg,mineral admixture content 16%,sand rate 42%,cement 345 kg,medium sand 734 kg,limestone gravel 1060 kg,admixture 5 kg.
