摘要

为提高公路桥梁的承载力与结构安全性,节约桥梁建设资源,研究高墩施工技术在公路桥梁建设中的应用.对比不同桥梁高墩施工技术的优缺点,从中选取适用于公路桥梁建设的最佳施工技术,针对所选公路桥梁项目工程,设计高墩施工方案,通过测量放样、钢筋加工与安装、滑膜施工和混凝土浇筑等步骤,实现该工程桥梁高墩施工处理;同时利用仿真软件模拟该技术应用效果,经仿真模拟可知:该施工方案可以有效降低公路桥梁的水平位移与沉降,还能够降低施工误差,从而增强桥梁稳定性与承载力.

Abstract

In order to improve the bearing capacity and structural safety of highway Bridges and save bridge construction resources,the application of high pier construction technology in highway bridge construction was studied.The advantages and disadvantages of different bridge high pier construction technologies are compared,and the best construction technology suitable for highway bridge construction is selected.Aiming at the selected highway bridge project,the construction scheme of high pier is designed,and the construction treatment of the bridge high pier is realized through the steps of measurement lofting,steel bar processing and installation,slide film construction and concrete pouring.At the same time,simulation software is used to simulate the application effect of the technology.The simulation shows that the construction scheme can effectively reduce the horizontal displacement and settlement of the highway bridge,and reduce the construction error,so as to enhance the stability and bearing capacity of the bridge.
