Research on Lhasa Ride-hailing Satisfaction Based on Structural Equation Mode
Based on structural equation model,this paper takes Lhasa city as the research object to explore the impact of ride-hailing service quality on customer satisfaction.On the basis of a questionnaire survey of users of e-hailing in Lhasa,a structural equation model including safety,reliability,comfort,convenience,economy and other indicators is constructed to analyze the impact of these indicators on user satisfaction and its standardization path.The results show that the safety,reliability,comfort and convenience of e-hailing services have a great correlation with user satisfaction.These research results provide important theoretical and practical references for improving the service quality and user satisfaction,and put forward suggestions on this basis.
