Pumping Concrete and Joint Construction Technology of Concrete-filled Steel Tube Composite Structure for Disaster Relief Materials Storage Construction Project
In this paper, taking the disaster relief materials storage construction project of Harbin City as an example, the pumped concrete construction technology and joint connection technology of concrete-filled steel tube composite structure are explored. In the construction of pumped concrete,in addition to the strict acceptance of concrete quality, the jacking method is adopted for the concrete in the lower section of the steel pipe. The concrete in the upper section is cast in layers. On the basis of ensuring the stability and integrity of concrete-filled steel tube composite structure, the effect of speeding up construction efficiency and saving construction cost is achieved. In the joint connection,it is necessary to install conical tubes as connecting components for steel pipes of different diameters. The direct welding method is used to connect the same diameter steel pipe, which creates favorable conditions for improving the stability of the warehouse structure and the safety of use.
