市政管道工程中顶管工作坑的设计与施工技术

以某市政管道工程为例,探究了顶管施工中工作坑的设计方法与开挖技术.该工程污水顶管工作坑采用长方形支撑式工作坑,设计尺寸为8.7 m×6.1 m×8.5 m.为保证顶管工作坑开挖安全,使用12 m拉森Ⅳ型钢板桩支护.选择瑞典条分法进行钢板桩整体稳定性计算,结果表明抗倾覆安全系数满足规范要求.在顶管工作坑开挖中,要合理确定土方开挖顺序、做好拉森钢板桩的插打和位移监测,为下一步顶管作业的开展创设良好条件.
Design and Construction Technology of Pipe Jacking Pit in Municipal Pipeline Engineering
This paper takes a municipal pipeline project as an example to explore the design method and excavation technology of working pit in pipe jacking construction.The sewage pipe jacking pit of this project adopts rectangular support type working pit,and the design size is 8.7 m×6.1 m×8.5 m.12 m Larsen Ⅳsteel sheet pile support is used to ensure the safety of pipe jacking pit excavation.The Swedish strip method is used to calculate the overall stability of steel sheet piles,and the results show that the safety factor against overturning meets the requirements of the code.In the excavation of pipe jacking pit,it is necessary to reasonably determine the excavation sequence,do well the insertion and displacement monitoring of Larsen steel sheet pile,and create good conditions for the next pipe jacking operation.
