摘要

本文将新田煤矿1904综采工作面刮板输送机出现的漂溜问题作为分析对象,分析了导致刮板输送机出现漂溜的主要原因,并结合工作面地质条件采取了针对性的防刮板输送机漂溜措施,通过使用实践来看,刮板输送机出现漂溜的情况几乎杜绝,工作面的工作效率相对于先前有了明显的提升.

Abstract

This article takes the floating problem of the scraper conveyor in the 1904 fully mechanized mining face of Xintian Coal Mine as the analysis object,analyzes the main reasons for the floating of the scraper conveyor,and takes targeted measures to prevent the floating of the scraper conveyor based on the geological conditions of the working face.Through practical use,it can be seen that the floating of the scrap-er conveyor is almost eliminated,and the working efficiency of the working face has been significantly im-proved compared to before.
