接触网零部件的失效会严重影响接触网系统的运行安全,接触网系统的服役可靠性是列车和线路安全运营的重要基础.为促进高速接触网装备技术的发展,在结合大量现场调研结果的基础上,介绍了国内外学者对微动磨损、微动疲劳、应力腐蚀等相关失效机理的研究现状,系统分析并总结了高速铁路接触网系统吊弦在服役过程中出现的疲劳问题及其产生的原因.为接触网吊弦的研究奠定了一定理论基础.
Exploring the Fatigue Problem of the Whole Suspension String of the Overhead Contact System
The failure of catenary components can seriously affect the operational safety of the catenary system,and the service reliability of the catenary system is an important foundation for the safe operation of trains and lines.In order to promote the development of high-speed catenary equipment technology,based on a large number of on-site research results,this paper introduces the current research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the failure mechanisms related to fretting wear,fretting fatigue,stress corrosion,etc.,sys-tematically analyzes and summarizes various problems and their causes that occur during the service process of high-speed railway catenary system suspension strings.This has laid a certain theoretical foundation for the research of catenary suspension strings.
