The Application of Siemens S120 Transmission System in the Ground Roller of the Iron Sheet Machine for the Steel Coil Packaging Machine Set
Early,the steel coil of cold rolled that the weight is mainly 10 tons.The matched Ground Roller of Iron Sheet Machine is also designed with a load of 10 tons.In recent years,after the production line was been technical upgraded,the weight of the steel coil produced is mainly 15 tons.The concerning Drive System can not meet the production requirements.The Frequency Converter has frequently generated overcurrent malfunction.The coil head is blocked during acceleration and deceleration.And the Frequency Converter was out of production for many years.For these factors,the efficiency of the Drive System was been constrained,the maintenance difficulty of the Drive System was been increased,the capacity improvement of the Drive System was been promoted.In order to completely solve the above problems,the old Frequency Converter was been replaced by Siemens S120 series.The technology upgrade of Frequency Converter and the site test have been finished.The robustness of system has been improved.The load capacity of system has been enhanced.
