生物阻抗测量技术起源于生物电理论,其利用生物组织的电特性对人体信号提取和分析,用以进行一些生理、病理研究.根据生物细胞等效电路模型建立以各元件参数为求解变量的复阻抗-频率响应函数模型,通过对函数曲线回归求解实现等效电路拟合,采用非线性最小二乘法(NLS)思想,并引入遗传算法(GA)提供初始值估计减小拟合误差.
Research on Parameter Extraction Algorithm of Bioimpedance Spectrum
Bioimpedance measurement technology originated from the theory of bioelectricity,which uses the electrical characteristics of biological tissues to extract and analyze human signals for some physiological and pathological studies.Based on the biological cell equivalent circuit model,a complex impedance-frequency response function model with each component parameter as the solution variable was established.The equivalent circuit fitting was realized by solving the function curve regression.The idea of nonlinear least square method(NLS)was adopted,and the genetic algorithm(GA)was introduced to provide the initial value estimation and reduce the fitting error.
